We're delighted you've chosen to visit our little corner of the internet. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We've written them to be as clear and straightforward as possible.

About Us


Morgan & Wilf's Curiosities is an online retailer offering carefully chosen gifts, keepsakes, stationery, plush toys, greetings cards, seasonal decorations, handmade creations and other whimsical treasures.


Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Morgan & Wilf's Curiosities.


Placing an Order


When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This doesn't mean your order has been accepted. Orders are accepted once they have been prepared for dispatch.
Occasionally we may need to cancel an order due to stock becoming unavailable, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Should this happen, you'll receive a full refund.


Product Information

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • Handmade items are individually crafted, meaning small differences in colour, texture or finish are part of their unique charm.
  • Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

These natural variations are not considered faults.


Personalised Products


Many of our products are personalised especially for you. Please check all spellings, names, dates and wording carefully before placing your order.
Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled. Unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect, personalised products are not eligible for return.


Prices & Payment


All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Payment is required in full before your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, although this won't affect orders already confirmed.


Delivery


Dispatch times are shown on individual product pages wherever possible. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control. If your parcel is delayed, we'll do everything we reasonably can to help.

Returns & Refunds


We hope you absolutely love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Wherever possible items should be returned with the following criteria met

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in suitable packaging
  • Personalised items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs showing the problem. We'll always aim to put things right as quickly as we can.


Children's Products


Some products may be suitable for children, while others are decorative keepsakes only. Unless specifically stated otherwise, decorative items should not be treated as toys. Children should always be supervised where appropriate. Please follow any age recommendations included with the product.


Intellectual Property


All images, logos, product descriptions, branding and website content remain the property of Morgan & Wilf's Curiosities. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.


Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgan & Wilf's Curiosities shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing within these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
