When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Personalised and handmade items may take a little longer, and any extended lead times will be shown on the product page.


Can I return personalised items?
Because personalised items are made especially for you, they can't usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or we've made an error.


My item arrived damaged.
We're so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a few photographs, and we'll put things right.


Do you offer gift wrapping?
Selected products are available with gift wrapping. Where offered, you'll be able to add this before checkout.

Where do you ship?
We'll display the countries we currently ship to during checkout.


Can I change my order?
If your order hasn't entered production or been dispatched, we'll always do our best to help.

No—and that's part of their charm. Handmade items naturally have small variations that make each one unique.
