Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

If you change your mind about an item purchased online, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be unused and returned in their original condition, with their original packaging where possible. All returned items will be inspected when they arrive before a refund is processed.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning the item to us is the customer’s responsibility. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us and we will arrange the appropriate return solution.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

If you return an item because you have changed your mind, your refund will include the postage charge paid when the order was placed.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Personalised items are made specifically for you and are therefore not normally eligible for return simply because you have changed your mind.

If a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at hello@morganandwilfs.com and we’ll put things right.

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@morganandwilfs.com as soon as possible. Photographs may be requested to help us assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund.

We’re a small business, and we genuinely want you to be happy with your Morgan & Wilf’s Curiosities purchase. If something hasn’t gone quite as planned, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
