We hope every parcel brings a little smile. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.


Returning an Item
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and returned with any original packaging where possible. Unless faulty, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Personalised Items
Because personalised items are created especially for you, they cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.


Faulty Items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs where possible. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
