Our Story

It started with two boys, a lifetime of memories, and a wish to create something of our own.

Morgan & Wilf’s Curiosities is a family story.

At the heart of it are Morgan and Wilf — our boys, our inspiration and, quite simply, our world.

Morgan is our ten-year-old. After waiting eleven years to become a mum, Rebecca describes him as the most loving and caring boy she knows.

And then there's Wilf, our eight-year-old sunshine. Funny, endlessly enthusiastic about trains, and never far from telling Mum that she's beautiful or that he loves her.

They make us smile every day.

And somewhere amongst those ordinary family moments — the stories, the laughter, the childhood memories, the garden, the toys and the little things that make us stop and smile — the world of Morgan & Wilf’s began to take shape.

Rebecca has spent more than twenty years working in retail management.

Throughout that career, her focus was largely on people — leading teams, supporting colleagues and making sure customers received great service.

But Morgan & Wilf’s offered the chance to do something different.

This time, the products mattered too.

Every item could be chosen carefully. Every collection could have meaning. Every little detail could reflect the things our family loves.

Instead of simply managing someone else's retail environment, Rebecca could create one of her own.

Something personal.

Something thoughtful.

Something that belonged to our family.

We didn't want to create just another online shop.

We wanted to create a space.

A warm, magical and enchanting place with a floral cottage feel, where little moments of magic can be discovered throughout.

A place inspired by our garden, childhood stories, teddies, trains and the memories we're making with Morgan and Wilf right now.

We want to bring some of that feeling into everything we do — from the collections we curate to our website, our story time corner and the mindful moments we hope to create in our garden.

A chance to slow down.

Take a breath.

Read a story.

Discover something lovely.

And simply enjoy being there.

Our hopes for Morgan & Wilf’s don't stop with the things we sell.

We dream of building a community around it — somewhere that can bring people together, support local groups and playgroups, share ideas and advice, give something back through charity and, in time, have a positive impact on even more people.

Because feeling part of something matters.

And if we can create a little space where people feel included, welcomed and cared for, then we'll know we've created something worthwhile.

Ultimately, this is about family.

It's about creating something that allows us to build a better balance between work and family life, while doing something we genuinely care about.

It's about taking the memories we've made, the memories we're making now, and the things that have brought us joy throughout our lives — and sharing a little of that feeling with other people.
